GetNHSJobs.com is a job search platform that fetches and displays healthcare job listings directly from the official NHS Jobs API in real-time. We do not store or aggregate job data. Our services include:

• Real-time NHS job search functionality
• Instant job alert notifications
• CV and Trac application feedback (for Premium subscribers)

We are an independent job search tool only. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or that any application will be successful. We are not a recruitment agency and do not participate in the hiring process. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NHS England or the NHS Jobs website. Job listings are fetched directly from the NHS Jobs API and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job posting.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Pro Plan: £14.99 GBP per month - Includes NHS Jobs search and instant job alerts with sound notifications
• Premium Plan: £40.00 GBP per month - Includes all Pro features plus CV and Trac application feedback (1 per month)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

Premium Plan - CV and Trac Feedback Terms

For Premium subscribers, the CV and Trac application feedback service is subject to the following terms:

• You may submit your CV or Trac application for feedback immediately after subscribing
• Feedback will be delivered within 7 days of your submission
• You are entitled to one (1) feedback request per calendar month
• Unused feedback requests do not roll over to subsequent months
• Feedback is provided for guidance purposes only and does not guarantee interview success or job offers

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

We do not offer free trials or money-back guarantees. All sales are final. However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at getnhsjobs@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access our service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The GetNHSJobs.com website, including its design, logos, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Job listings are sourced from the NHS Jobs API and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Job listings will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Any job listing will still be available when you apply
• You will secure employment or receive any responses from employers through the use of our service
• Our alerts will notify you of every relevant job posting

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetNHSJobs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law
